Check-in: On the day of arrival, the rooms and the WellnessOasis are available from 14:30. For € 16,00 p. P. the WellnessOasis can be used in the morning within the opening hours. (Room check-in from 14:30)
Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m. For € 29,00 p. P. the WellnessOasis can be used on the day of departure within the opening hours. (Hotel room until 11:00am)
Parking and wallboxes: We have 110 free parking spaces around the hotel and in the parking garage. For guests with electric cars, all parking spaces in the parking garage are equipped with a charging station. The charging columns have charging stations with plug type 2. The station can charge up to 11 kw via load management.
Beauty and wellness bookings: Booked treatments are scheduled by us and may be scheduled as early as 2:30pm on the day of arrival. Please inform us of a later arrival time up to 1 week before arrival. Missed appointments cannot be made up or refunded. We recommend booking additional treatments well in advance.

2000 m² wellness and spa area with plenty of space to relax. Please never reserve loungers in the relaxation rooms. Children under 16 are not allowed in the wellness area and outdoor pool. Children under 16 are welcome in the indoor pool when accompanied by an adult.
Hotel room. You will find a bathrobe and sauna towels in your room. Slippers are available upon request at the reception. There is a free bottle of water in your room. We are happy to fill the refrigerator. Please inform us about your desired filling in advance or on the day of arrival until 17:00.
Restaurant. If half board is included in your booking, our service team will automatically be waiting for you in the restaurant at meal times. If you have booked bed and breakfast and would like to enjoy our pampering buffet, a reservation for half board is necessary before your stay.
À la carte. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and on holidays the à la carte kitchen is closed. You are welcome to partake of the delicious indulgent buffets. Reservation is required.
Allergies. We always offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options at our delicious indulgent buffets. If you have any questions about common allergens, please feel free to contact our team. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate intolerances and allergies in individual cases. The preparation of certain dishes according to your specifications is unfortunately not possible for us.We assume no liability for dishes that may have contents or residues of certain foods that trigger intolerances in individual cases.
The pampering half board includes:
Breakfast buffet: 07:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Afternoon snacks in the restaurant area, gladly in your bathrobe: 14:00 - 16:00 (Sunday 15:00 - 16:30)
Evening buffet: 18:00 - 20:30
Hotel bar. Opening hours 20:00 - 24:00. In fine weather from 21:30, before that the garden terrace is available.
Internet. Free WLAN in the entire hotel. Free use of the Internet terminal in the lobby.
Guest fee. There is no guest fee for business trips. Please send a confirmation with your company address. The guest contribution of the city of Bad Dürkheim is charged separately for private guests. With the guest card you can use various offers at reduced rates and the public transport in Bad Dürkheim free of charge.
Non-smokers. All hotel rooms, restaurant, restaurant terrace & public areas are non-smoking areas. For smokers, the smoking lounge opposite the hotel bar is available around the clock.
Elevator. Some of the rooms are not accessible by elevator. If you need a room with a lift, please inform us when making your reservation.
Pets. Your four-legged friend is welcome to accompany you on your journey to our house. Feel free to bring along his favorite blanket or basket so that he feels right at home. Out of consideration for the other guests, dogs are not allowed in our restaurant and wellness area. We charge €17,00 per dog per night. Damages and soiling caused during the stay will be charged.
Your bill. You are welcome to pay your bill in cash or with EC card. Vouchers: If you redeem a voucher, please hand it in at the reception upon arrival so that it can be credited to your account.
Cancellation. You can cancel your booking in writing free of charge up to one week before arrival. Christmas and New Year's Eve trips can be cancelled in writing free of charge 3 weeks before arrival. Wellness treatments can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the date. Later cancellations will be charged with 80% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100%. For groups of 10 rooms or more, different cancellation policies apply.
