We want you to enjoy your stay at our Garden Hotel Heusser to the fullest. We therefore wrote down some helpful information for your wellness stay.
Opening hours of the swimming pool:
Daily from 6.30 am - 10 pm (7x14m, 29°C).
Opening hours Wellness Oasis:
Monday-Friday:
11 am - 10 pm 1 sauna
2:30 pm - 8 pm all saunas
Saturday-Sunday:
10 am - 10 pm 1 sauna
10 am - 8 pm all saunas
It is important and healthy to snack and drink enough. Use our drinking fountains at the relaxation area. At our snack bar you will be served additional drinks. From 2 - 5 pm we provide you with varying afternoon snacks. We kindly ask our guests to not take any dishes with you inside the relaxation rooms.

We recommend booking your wellness treatments timely with your hotel reservation.
Cancellation of wellness treatments
If you need to cancel an appointment due to personal reasons, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your booked treatment. After this time frame, you are required to pay an 80% cancellation fee.
Pampering time is valuable
Please come to your appointment in your bathrobe 5 minutes prior to the scheduled treatment time. If you show up late, we are forced to shorten your treatment time accordingly out of consideration for subsequent treatments. The stated pampering time includes the resting time.
Clothes and towels
We kindly ask you to not visit our wellness or pool area with your everyday clothes. In the pool area you are required to wear swimwear. The sauna area is a nude zone. Please put a towel on the sauna bench. towels, bathrobes and bathing shoes are provided in your room. Due to environmental reasons we do not provide any towels in our wellness area. If you require more towels, just ask at the front desk.
Tranquillity and Relaxation
Out of consideration for all our guests, we kindly ask you to not reserve any loungers and to refrain from loud conversations, mobile phones or other electric devices. Please also note that smoking is prohibited in the entire wellness area.
Children
Children under 16 years of age can use the indoor swimming pool with parental guidance. They are not allowed, however, to access our sauna area, gym or relaxation areas.
